The Process
How It Works
Application Call
Place a sales call to us and speak with a customer service representative who will identify your exact needs and you will be sent an application form to fill. Then you will be assigned a Safewox Service Consultant.

Vetting Call
Speak with your service consultant and give further details of the work description, including your personal preferences such as ethic and personality requirements to enable us match you with the right assistant.

Filtering Stage
Your service consultant will meet with the placement team to discuss, vet and select 2-3 top candidates from our team of professional service providers. Then your service consultant interviews, filters and selects the best candidate for you based on the vetting call.

Familiarize
Officially starting your partnership, we would initiate the call to meet with your new team member, set initial goals, discuss communication plans and set yourselves up for success.

Guarantee delivery
We stay close to provide high-touch relational service to guide you through our remote worker onboarding process. You will have ongoing check-ins to support both you and your talent throughout your partnership with Safewox.

Payment Method
All payments for our service are made through Paypal either to our U.S account or UK account.
